Biography
Dawn L. Farrell is a retired energy industry executive and past president and chief executive officer of TransAlta Corporation, an electricity power generator and wholesale marketing company. Over her 35-year career, Mrs. Farrell held a variety of leadership positions with TransAlta and BC Hydro.
Mrs. Farrell serves on the board of Canadian Natural Resources Limited and is a past member of the board of directors of the Business Council of Canada, Conference Board of Canada, and Alberta Business Council.
Curtis V. Anastasio is a director at Chemours.
Biography
Curtis V. Anastasio is currently chairman of GasLog Partners LP, a global owner, operator, and manager of liquefied natural gas carriers; he has held this position since 2014. Mr. Anastasio also serves on the board of Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. since 2014 and chairs the audit committee.
From 2001 to 2013, he served as president, chief executive officer, and executive director of NuStar Energy, L.P. (formerly Valero L.P.). He also served as president, chief executive officer, and executive director of NuStar GP Holdings, LLC (formerly Valero GP Holdings, LLC) from 2006 to 2013.
Since 2014, Mr. Anastasio has served on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He also serves as chairman emeritus of the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County and on the board of the Boy Scouts of America Alamo Area Council.

Mary B. Cranston is a retired senior partner and chair emeritus of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLC, an international law firm. Prior to her retirement in 2012, Ms. Cranston served as senior partner and chair emeritus from 2007 to 2011 and chair and chief executive officer from 1999 to 2006.
Ms. Cranston has served on the boards of Visa, Inc. since 2007 and MyoKardia, Inc. since 2016.
She previously served on the boards of GrafTech International Ltd from 2000 to 2014; International Rectifier Corporation from 2008 to 2015; Juniper Networks, Inc. from 2007 to 2015; and Exponent, Inc. from 2010 to 2014.
Alister serves on the Board of The Chemours Company and and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Biography
Alister Cowan currently serves as Executive Advisor at Suncor Energy Inc. He was previously the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2023.
Prior to joining Suncor, Mr. Cowan served as Chief Financial Officer of Husky Energy Inc. from 2008 to 2014. Before joining Husky Energy, he held various positions with companies throughout Europe, New Zealand, and Canada.
Mr. Cowan is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Pamela Fletcher is a Director at The Chemours Company and the former Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer of Delta Airlines.

Prior to joining Delta, Ms. Fletcher had a career of over 17 years with General Motors Company (GM) where she served as an Assistant Chief Engineer for hybrid and electrified vehicles, Chief Engineer of the Chevrolet Volt Propulsion System, Executive Chief Engineer for Autonomous and Electrified Vehicles and New Technology, Vice President of GM’s Global Electric Vehicles Programs, and most recently Vice President, Global Innovation. She previously held positions with McLaren Engines, Inc., Fisher Guide, Inc., and Ford Motor Company.
Ms. Fletcher serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Lumentum Holdings LLC, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Coherent, Inc.
Erin N. Kane is president and chief executive officer of AdvanSix.
Biography
Erin N. Kane is president and chief executive officer of AdvanSix, a fully-integrated manufacturer of nylon 6 resin, chemical intermediates and ammonium sulfate fertilizer; she has held this position since October 2016. Previously, Ms. Kane held positions of increasing global responsibility at Honeywell, and Six Sigma and process engineering positions at Elementis Specialties and Kvaerner Process.
Ms. Kane led the spin-off of AdvanSix into an independent, NYSE-listed public company, including the appointment of an executive team, oversight of global business operations and strategy, creation of a best-practices corporate governance regime and Board of Directors function, structuring of compensation and succession planning, and the development of ERM and HSE programs.
Sean serves on the board at Chemours and the American Chemistry Council.

Sean D. Keohane is currently president and chief executive officer of Cabot Corporation, a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials company; he has held this position since March 2016. Since joining Cabot in 2002, Mr. Keohane held roles of increasing responsibility at the company, including executive vice president and senior vice president.
Previously, Mr. Keohane held a variety of general management positions in the United States and Asia Pacific for Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies.
Mr. Keohane has served on the board of the American Chemistry Council since 2016.
Guillaume Pepy is a director at Chemours, chairs the board of Lydec S.A., and serves as a Senior Advisor to the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, Salesforce in EMEA, and The Boston Consulting Group.
Biography
Guillaume Pepy is the former chairman and chief executive officer of SNCF Group, a state-owned French railway and logistics solutions company where he spent nearly 26 years of his career. In 2019, after more than ten years as chairman and CEO, Mr. Pepy stepped down from SNCF to pursue new endeavors, focusing on various board and advisory roles. Before joining SNCF, Mr. Pepy held high-ranking civil service positions in several French ministries.
Mr. Pepy is a graduate of Sciences Po and École Nationale d’Administration in France. He served as Chairman of Eurostar and as a director of the mobility and logistics services operator Keolis Group. He currently chairs the board of Lydec S.A., the Moroccan subsidiary of Suez, a global environmental services and utility provider. Mr. Pepy serves as a Senior Advisor to the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), Salesforce in EMEA, and The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Pepy also chairs Initiative France – a nonprofit that helps aspiring entrepreneurs create businesses.
Tony serves on the Board of Directors for Chemours, IDEX Corporation, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the Cummins Foundation, and is an Industrial Advisory Council Member for Amprius, Inc.

Over his 36-year tenure at Cummins, Tony held numerous leadership positions across the company's global businesses and operations, including serving as President of Power Generation, President of the Distribution Business, President and Chief Operating Officer, and others.
Tony currently serves on the Board of Directors for IDEX Corporation, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the Cummins Foundation. He is also an Industrial Advisory Council Member for Amprius, Inc.
